Texas Roadhouse

I have been to Texas Roadhouse before & have enjoyed the food. My husband & I went there for our anniversary.  We put our name on the online waitlist & it said w we had to get there within 10 minutes, which we were.  We got there & checked in.  After almost 20 minutes, we asked how come all these people who came in after us got called before us they said to be be checked in means we sit in our car until we are told to come in then we come in &  then stand in the on deck area.   We walked out & went somewhere else. This system does make any sense—it would better to just to tell me an actual  wait time.   Not sure if I will go hear again.

We were a large group that had reservations but seems like every Texas Roadhouse is packed with people waiting for a table. Food portions to price is good, so probably why it&apos;s always busy in any state u find one. Service was ok. I think servers in general need more "training" - u don&apos;t bring drinks to tables by holding on to glasses  from the tops (true servers know this)

Good selection, decent portions for price

Used to be our  favorite go to restaurant. Had to do order ahead for pick up tonite. We were disappointed. requested 5:30 pick up time. Received text at 5:10 order was ready for pick up. So order sat for 20 minutes. Guess what happens to ribs just sitting there. And baked potato? Yup. They do not provide pick up coffee. (Hi DD). The omitted my iced tea and then forgot to add ice.  The rolls were fresh but no longer warm. 

Be careful with pick up orders

First time coming here ever and wow we’ll definitely be back!  The staff was so friendly and our server helped make some recommendations since it was our first time.   The butter and buns… oh my the butter and buns were the best and we probably could have filled up on them. The cactus blossom was so good, perfectly fried and hot.   He got a 8oz steak cooked to perfection and barley any fat he said.   I got the country fried chicken with white gravy. Oh my. I couldn’t finish it, so big but so rich. It was delicious.

Great steak, peanuts and 🍺, I like this restaurant very much, every time I come to this restaurant, I am very happy that the bread here is delicious and free.
